Come with us for a culinary adventure to inland Croatia
Departing from our previous Croatian seafood dinner, inspired by the sparkling Dalmatian coast, we travel inland – from the sea to the mountains. Here you’ll find roadside spits, with whole lamb raised on salty wild herbs being roasted to perfection.
This menu has been tastefully curated by our very own Zrinka Slišković, based on her favourite dishes growing up in Croatia. expect authentic flavours, with a wood-fired servo twist.
Accompanying us on the night will be klapa “laganini” – which refers to enjoying yourself, not stressing and indulging in good food and of course good wine… Which always leads to good singing.
The trio will entertain you throughout the night with traditional Croatian music.
You can elevate your experience with matched drinks, paired thoughtfully by our beverage manager Tony Roche – or simply enjoy drinks from our a la carte menu.
